Can some1 give me a hand the air isn't coming out at all
I've had a cough for 2 months now. Even with cough syrup and cough drops (which soothes the throat), I'm still coughing. It evens comes with clear and green phlegm. Anyways, I'll be going to the doctor in a few days for a check-up.
Umm guys breathe thru mouth or nose ?
Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds overnight. I struggled with diets and exercise but they don't work. I went from a slim 135 pounds all the way up to a big fat pot bellied 275. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. For awhile, I tolerated being fat and I enjoyed the benefits of quitting, but when women rejected me for being fat, that was it. I went back to 2 packs a day. So far I've only lost about 20 pounds, because it will probably take 2 or 3 more years of heavy smoking to bring my weight back down again. If I have to choose between being a slim smoker or a fat nonsmoker, then I'll take the slim, any day. I don't care a hoot, about the problems of smoking

I’ve had a cough on and off for a few months now. The cough got so bad a few days ago that I almost passed out while driving due to violent coughs that would not stop. I’ve had this cough for about a week now after getting over it. I am coughing up large chunks of green phlegm. My fiancé gave me this med that helps clear out your sinuses. And I was literally hunched over a trash can coughing up small chunks of phlegm just pour out of my mouth. I legit have no clue what this is, I’ve been to the doctors well over 7 times and each and every time they give me steroids it helps for the longevity of the prescription. But comes right back a day later, my diaphragm hurts so bad I can’t even lay on my stomach, and I’ve had a headache for a while. Walking is a hassle for me, because I can’t get good breathes without coughing. If ANYBODY has any clue what this could be let me know. Cause idk at this point. I’m set for another doctors appointment in a few weeks.

Just lost my dad a month ago. I now call this disease the Silent killer & am warning everyone about it. I’m going to get tested from now on cuz it isn’t going to catch up to me. Diagnosis wasn’t until 48hrs. BEFORE his death (1 week after 82nd birthday).
Thanks

It's been five years since I quit. And since then my health has improved,I'm a lot happier than I used to be,and above all, my life has become easier. And I have also found that I like myself better as a non smoker.
On the roof?" asked the girl.
Had this as a kid didn’t know what the hell i was doing just told to use it lol

7 months smoke free 😊
Good
I am gonna quit soon, I went 30 hours without smoking a few days ago and already felt terrible. I really thought I wasn't addicted and could easily stop at any moment but it's not that easy after all. I bought nicotine mouthspray to help with the urges, I have a pack of cigarettes left and I am gonna finish that and then stop. It's gonna be awful, but so worth it. I have only smoked for 2 years and not a lot (1-10 cigs a day) so I hope that no serious damage has been done so far and I'll return to normal
